If the ordered knit is available in stock, we will ship or prepare the order for studio pick-up in 2 working days. We care for nature and in order to not overproduce, some knits are made-to-order in 1–2 weeks, so we kindly ask you to be patient – your chosen knit is definitely worth the wait. As soon as we receive the knit in our studio, we will ship or prepare the order based on your chosen delivery method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. There is no need to include a return form or proof of purchase.

And please let us know in case you wish to receive the refund in a gift card form – we would be happy to have you choose our natural knitwear in the future. You are also welcome to request an exchange for any other item, we have plenty of knits in many different colours.

We accept orders online only for deliveries to addresses in the countries and territories that are listed in the selection menu of shipping addresses on the website forloversandtrees.com If your country or territory is not listed please contact us to check if other options are available.

Delivery within European Union countries is undertaken with DPD courier delivery service which normally takes 3–10 business days. All other deliveries are undertaken by postal parcel service, and it usually takes 10–15 business days to deliver.

For local customers, we offer store pick-up from our studio. However, please be aware that store pick-up does not mean faster order processing since unavailable items have to be manufactured in 1–2 weeks.

No matter the selected delivery option, you will be advised on expected manufacturing and dispatch deadlines via WhatsApp, and we will provide you with a shipment tracking number once it is shipped via email.

There can be additional duties and taxes applied upon receipt of your shipment. These duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient and for lovers and trees is not required to refund these costs to customers.

For your information, only full-price knits are eligible for discounts. To apply the discount code, add it to the “Gift card or discount code” section at checkout.
